Director Anil Sharma stated “I really don’t know if there was any stress in his life. He was jovial. His death is a shock to us.”He added “He suffered a heart attack on January 3 and was admitted to Jupiter Hospital in Thane.” He started his career in TV shows and theatre, Ulta Puta with Jaspal Bhatti. Shauq was popular in Punjabi films too.
