Film director Sohan Roy reported that he has registered a cheating case against actress Tulip Joshi for not completing the shooting for his film despite taking part of her remuneration amounting to Rs.8.5 lakh.”The actress asked for half of the money (Rs.7 lakh) before the film.Biz TV Network also paid her Rs.1.5 lakh as the payment for the first schedule.
The actress came and shot for two days and then
just left. Tulip was asked to come back the payment and settle the issue, but we haven’t heard from her,” said a press release, issued from the office of Roy, along with a copy of the FIR that has been registered at the Kalamassery Police Station.Tulip is best remembered for her role in ‘Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai’, her debut movie opposite Jimmy Shergill.
