However Rakesh Roshan maintains that the star cast is yet to be finalized for the movie and he will be starting once he returns to India. The sequel to the super hero film will definitely decide the way Hrithik’s career is going to swing.

SRK says no to Priyanka

Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan is doing a film based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel ‘Two States’. It will be directed by Vishal Bharadwaj and produced by Sajid Nadiawala.At first, this project was suppose to direct by Siddharth Anand with Saif Ali Khan and Priyanka Chopra in lead parts. Both Siddharth Anand and Saif Ali Khan has left out this venture, and now it is the turn of Priyanka Chopra. As per reports, Shahrukh Khan has suggested the director not to cast Priyanka as heroine in the film as story demands a fresh face.

The director decided for it and so Priyanka opted out of the venture. Now, the director is in search of new face.However, no regrets for Priyanka as she already acted with Shahrukh in ‘Don’ and also pairing with him in ‘Don 2′ which is yet to be released. The plot of the movie is the story of a couple coming from two various states of India fell in love with each other and how they convince their parents for their marriage.

YRF makes way for newcomer

When Yash Raj Films gauged the potential of investing in tv they launched in to Tellywood with YRF band of shows. However the shows did not do well and soon were pulled off-air back to back. Now the production house has sensed the potential of young director and so has decided to set a department called Y Films (Y for Youth).

It will be headed by Aditya Chopra and will comprise of young filmmakers.The objective of this project is to make intelligent, small and medium budget films. Success of films like ‘Udaan’ and ‘Peepli Live’ has been an eye-opener of the industry, to an extent that YRF that always believed in making mega-budgeted films set abroad that too with celebrities, turned to set special department for this kind of movies.

Kangana Ranaut stuck in New York city

The 20-feet deep snow has halted the routine.Says a source on the sets, “It’s been snowing regularly and seriously in NY Cfor the last three days and shooting has come to a total standstill. Sunny has shot for the routine.Kangna had to shoot for a car scene in Manhattan but now because of the snow the shooting had to stop.The police didn’t allow anybody from the unit to drive in the snow. It’s risky to drive in snow so the unit had to do Kangana’s shots in the taxi.”Apparently, non-shooting of the film has stressed the directors Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru’ s finances.

“The directors are very troubled. Kangna loves the snow as it reminds her of Manali but she’s very tense and concerned too.They want her to extend her stay to make-up for the days that had been cancelled but she can’t as Kangana has to be in Scotland for crucial work.She doesn’t have dates till mid next year as she’s shooting for Dhamaal 2, Rascals and then this movie again.”Presently, Kangna is whiling away her time staying put in her hotel. “Not too long ago when she stepped out with her manager to watch Little Fockers at a theatre close by she got stuck in a crazy snow storm on her way back to the hotel, around 9.30 pm.
