Wedding bells for Lisa Ray soon?

Lisa Ray has apparently made up her mind to get wedded to her boyfriend -W Brett Wilson, 53. Surprisingly, Brett is also a cancer survivor, having successfully battled an advanced stage of prostrate cancer.“They program to mention their wedding soon. Lisa has told us to put all her professional assignments on hold till she fixes up a wedding date,” says a source close to the actress.Brett was seen accompanying Lisa on her current visit to Mumbai.

There’s a 19-year age difference between the two.“Lisa is least concerned about the age difference between them. They make a lovely pair. Besides, Brett, who’s a Canadian, does not look his age. Brett has been working with various support groups in Canada to help cancer patients over the past 10 years. They met atone of the events in Calgary (Canada) a couple of years ago,” discloses the friend.Lisa had before said that cancer changed her outlook on life forever.

“Everything has changed post cancer. I simply cannot go back to living as I was before. I’ve experienced a lot of growth through pain. My priority is to find the right life partner and have a family,” she said.

Dolly Bindra fights with Khali

The banter was quite evident on Monday night’s episode as Dolly kept on pestering Khali with something or the other. She even asked why he had placed a wet towel on her clothes and taunted that Khali never worked and always wanted something or the other to eat the whole day, particularly chicken!

Ra.One probably to interrupt Don 2 release

There’s huge rumours about the release date of Don 2. Of course, producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar and Reliance Big Pictures had locked December as the release date of the film, since Shahrukh Khan’s home-production Ra.One was planned to hit the screens in June, giving a six-month distance between the two releases.

Although SRK has not officially announced the release date yet], one wonders whether Don 2 will stick to the date of December.However, Ritesh Sidhwani turns down any postponement of Don 2. In fact, we will be through with the filming part in February/March itself. We have ample time to devote to the post-production work and marketing of our film,” Ritesh tells me.

The promos of the two films create confusion in the minds of the viewer? “I don’t think so. Both belong to different genres, so there’s no question of overlapping,” he clarifies.

Vivek and Priyanka honeymoon delay again

The husband and wife decided for Red Sea honeymoon but once again delayed it for Tennis. Vivek Oberoi was asked to play tennis with his favorite tennis players Mahesh Bhupathi, Laender Paes and actor Surya. Vivek does not want to miss the chance and hence he delayed his honeymoon.

Says a source close to Vivek, “Vivek and Priyanka decided to delay their honeymoon to the Red Sea because he was invited to kickstart an opening exhibition match at the Chennai Open with Bhupathi, Paes and Suriya yesterday. The actor is fond of Bhupathi and instantly jumped at the opportunity. Also he has been selected for the Screen awards and is hosting the Apsara awards and he will be going on his honeymoon a bit later in the month.”

The actor has several endorsement, shows and appearances lined up but he has assured his wife a very wonderful honeymoon very soon and also promised her that he would be world’s most romantic husband.
