Lady Gaga is anything but camera-shy, which is why the new images of the pop star posing in various stages of undressing for renown fashion photographer Terry Richardson hardly come as a surprise.
The photo spread, which Styleite.com reports was designed for Purple Magazine’s spring/summer 2011 issue, has Gaga sporting nothing but (wet) T-shirts by skateboard brand Supreme. In several images, Gaga forgoes the T-shirt all together and poses in her glittery, towering platforms with a strategically placed Supreme skateboard.
The photos are classic Richardson, displaying bright color contrasts and racy compositions that have become his trademark. A controversial figure in the photography world, Richardson seems to have found his muse in pop music’s most subversive artist.
